Your camera data.
A clearer view of the day.

One counting dashboard brings together the numbers that matter, with plain-English explanations behind the rows.

People & vehicle counting

Follow arrivals, departures and today’s occupancy by counting point. Switch between people and vehicles, and review today, yesterday, seven days or thirty days.

Day-to-day comparisons

Compare a day with yesterday, the same weekday last week and its recent weekday average. See which entrances contribute most and how activity changes hour by hour.

Queue wait times

See queue size and waiting-time information from compatible queue-enabled cameras. Understand when demand builds and where service needs attention.

Busy times

Review the typical week by day and hour. Use the patterns in your own counting history to plan staffing, opening hours and site operations.

Camera heatmaps

See where activity concentrates over the camera view, with live and stored heatmap views on supported cameras. Review the build-up across a selected window.

Counted visitor & vehicle mix

Review camera-estimated age and gender, or vehicle class and colour, linked to counted arrivals where supported. Coverage shows how much of the count was read clearly.

Tables with explanations

Read the figures in straightforward tables, then open a door, hour or total for a plain-English explanation drawn from the same data.

Downloads & scheduled reports

Download counting data as Excel or CSV, create page reports, and schedule regular reports. Optional email delivery uses the mail server you configure.

Setup & access in one place

Manage cameras, counting points, users, backups and licensing from Settings. Give each team member access to the screens and downloads they need.

Available measurements depend on the camera model, firmware, enabled analytics and Pulse configuration. We’ll confirm compatibility for your site before installation.

Why on-premises

Useful insight. Under your control.

Pulse collects the measurements your cameras produce and keeps the reporting on hardware you manage.

Use compatible cameras

Pulse works with supported Hanwha Vision camera analytics. Match the camera’s counting, queue and heatmap capabilities to the questions you want to answer.

Keep analytics on-site

Counts, history and configuration are stored locally. Day-to-day counting does not require a vendor cloud account.

Organise around real places

Name your sites and counting points so the numbers relate to entrances, car parks and service areas your team recognises.

Know what the figures represent

See arrivals, departures, comparisons and the share of counts with readable attributes. Camera estimates and coverage remain visible alongside the numbers.

How Pulse works

From camera counts to daily decisions.

A local installation connects the cameras, the counting points and the people who need the numbers.

Connect your cameras

Add compatible Hanwha cameras and discover their supported counting lines and zones. Analytics availability is checked against the camera.

Set up your counting points

Assign camera resources to named points at your site. Verify the counts and configure the queue or demographic pairing where supported.

Open your dashboard

Read the numbers in your browser, explore the explanations and share reports. Your Pulse server collects and stores the history locally.

Local by design

Your analytics stay on your server.

Pulse runs on your Windows installation with a local database. You control user access, backups and any optional report delivery.

Offline licence activation

Activate against the installation’s machine fingerprint. Pulse verifies the licence locally without a cloud licensing check.

Access for your team

Control who can open counting and heatmap views, who can download reports and who can manage the installation.

Backups & recovery

Create local backups, set an automatic backup schedule and use optional backup encryption. Keep a recovery plan under your control.

Secure local access

Use the HTTPS dashboard and protected stored credentials. Configure network access and optional report email to suit your environment.

Licensing

A Pulse licence for your site.

Tell us about your cameras and the measurements you need. We’ll confirm compatibility and quote the right licence for your installation.

Before you start

Check your cameras

Send us the camera models, camera count and what you want to measure. We’ll help identify the capabilities your site can use.

Activation

Activate on your server

Copy the machine fingerprint from Settings, receive your licence key and enter it locally. Your key defines the installation’s features, capacity and validity.

Supplied under the Terms & Licence Agreement.

Questions

Good to know.

A few practical details before you get started.

What does Pulse do?
Pulse turns camera-derived measurements into people and vehicle counts, occupancy, queue information, busy times, heatmaps and reports. Its counting dashboard combines tables with plain-English explanations.
Which cameras are supported?
Pulse supports compatible Hanwha Vision cameras through its camera integration. Available measurements vary by model, firmware and enabled analytics. Send us your model numbers so we can confirm counting, queue, heatmap and attribute support.
Does Pulse need an internet connection?
Core counting and local reporting run on your network, with offline licence activation. Optional emailed reports need access to the mail server you configure; whether that needs the internet depends on your email setup.
Does Pulse record video?
Pulse is a counting and analytics application. Keep your existing video recording system for recording and playback; Pulse works with supported measurements from your cameras.
How are age, gender and vehicle details reported?
Where the camera and configuration support it, Pulse associates camera-estimated attributes with counted arrivals. It shows the share read clearly, so you can see the coverage behind a breakdown. These are camera estimates, not identification of individual people.
Can I try it on my site?
A fresh installation includes a 14-day evaluation. Contact us to check your cameras and arrange a walkthrough. Your quote will confirm the licensed features, camera capacity and term.
