Why on-premises

Vision that never
phones home.

Most video-analytics and VMS products quietly stream your footage to someone else's cloud. Sentavue does the opposite — everything is computed and stored on hardware you control.

On-premises by design

Everything runs on your own network — counts, heatmaps, alerts and recordings. Perfect for air-gapped, retail and privacy-sensitive sites where footage simply cannot leave the building.

No cloud, no lock-in

No mandatory cloud account to breach, no vendor holding your video hostage, and no per-camera cloud tax. You buy it once and run it on the cameras and hardware you choose.

Private by architecture

Encrypted end-to-end on your LAN, credentials protected at rest, and offline licensing with no call-home. Built to satisfy the security team that says no to everything else.

One platform, one look

Pulse and Edge share the same clean interface, the same plugin model and the same install philosophy — so the analytics and the video feel like one product, because they are.

Available now  Sentavue Pulse

Turn your cameras into answers.

Pulse reads the people- and vehicle-counting AI already built into your cameras and turns it into live occupancy, heatmaps and alerts you can act on — all stored on your own server.

Live occupancy

Real-time headcount per zone and site-wide, updated continuously as people and vehicles move through your cameras.

Heatmaps

See where dwell concentrates across the day — busiest aisles, entrances and bottlenecks, per camera and per time window.

Alert rules engine

Author schedule-aware rules — after-hours loitering goes High, the same event by day stays Info. Every event is logged either way.

Triage console

A prioritised worklist of open alerts. Acknowledge, resolve or flag a false alarm with a note — stamped with who and when.

Snapshot on alert

The moment a rule matches, Pulse captures a still from the camera and attaches it to the event — context before you even click.

Lives in your VMS

Embed the dashboard as a web panel in Nx Witness or Wisenet WAVE, so occupancy and alerts appear in the same client your team already uses.

Excel & CSV exports

One-click, injection-safe exports of counts and history for finance, planning or compliance — formatted and ready to share.

Users, roles & audit

Multiple operators with role-based access and a full audit log of every sign-in, change and triage action on the system.

Plugin ecosystem

Add camera brands and integrations as signed plugins — no reinstall. Hanwha ships today; the SDK opens the door to more.

How Pulse works

Many feeds in. One view out.

Cameras at the edge

Your IP cameras run the people & vehicle AI on-board and publish events over secure MQTT. Pulse polls counts and listens in real time.

Pulse on your server

One install provisions the poller, dashboard, a hardened MQTT broker and PostgreSQL — all on your LAN. It builds history and evaluates rules.

Insight in your browser

Operators open the dashboard — standalone or embedded in your VMS — for live occupancy, heatmaps and a prioritised alert worklist.

Coming soon  Sentavue Edge

The VMS that keeps
your cameras yours.

Edge is an on-premises, edge-first video management system. Cameras record to their own storage; the app streams straight from them. You get a fast live wall, instant scrub-back playback and simple recording setup — without funnelling every camera through a server, and without a mandatory cloud.

Record at the edge

Cameras keep their own footage on board. Edge guarantees 30, 60 or 90 days of continuous coverage, with high-resolution clips captured automatically on AI detection.

Instant scrub-back

Jump to any moment and export a clip in seconds — pulled straight from the camera, with no bloated server archive to trawl through.

A live wall that flies

Watch your whole site at once. The client streams directly from each camera, so there's no server bottleneck funnelling every feed through one box.

Claim by serial

Bring a site online without port-forwarding or fixed IPs. The camera reaches out; you claim it by serial. Local or remote, the video stays on your network.

Your cameras, your rules

Hanwha first, with more brands to follow on an open ONVIF base — so you choose the hardware, and there's never a per-camera cloud tax.

Monitored-grade option

A zero-config appliance tier for alarm-receiving centres and insurers who need supervised, dual-path reliability alongside the everyday self-monitored setup.

Be first in line for Edge.

Edge is in active development. Register your interest and we'll let you know the moment it's ready for your site — and give early sites a say in what ships first.

Private by architecture

Your footage stays
where it belongs.

Privacy isn't a setting in Sentavue — it's the architecture. There is no cloud account to breach, no vendor with a copy of your video, and no licence server to call home to. It was built to satisfy the security team that says no to everything else.

Nothing leaves your network

All processing and storage is on-site. Run it fully air-gapped if you want to.

Encrypted end to end on-site

HTTPS dashboard and TLS-secured event streams; camera credentials encrypted at rest with Windows DPAPI.

No licence call-home

Offline, node-locked activation. No internet dependency to keep the product running.

Hardened by default

Parameterised queries, security headers, role-based access and a complete audit trail.

Obfuscated, documented builds

Releases are obfuscated against tampering and ship with a published software bill of materials.

Pricing

Simple, perpetual licensing.

One licence per site. Unlimited cameras. No per-camera maths, no surprise cloud bills — because there is no cloud.

// Sentavue Edge

Pricing at launch

The Edge VMS is on the way. Pricing will be announced when it ships — register your interest to get it first, and to help shape the launch tiers.

// How activation works

Pay once, activate offline

Buy a licence, send us the machine's fingerprint from the in-app License page, and we email back a node-locked key. Paste it in and you're live — the product never calls out.

Questions

Good to know.

Does Sentavue need an internet connection?
No. Both Pulse and Edge are built to run entirely on your local network and are happy fully air-gapped. There's no cloud account, no telemetry, and licensing is activated offline — the product never needs to reach the internet to keep working.
What's the difference between Pulse and Edge?
Pulse is the analytics layer — live occupancy, heatmaps and alerts — that runs on the cameras and VMS you already have. Edge is a full on-premises video management system: live view, recording and playback, with cameras recording at the edge. Pulse is available today; Edge is coming, and the two are designed to work together.
When will Edge be available?
Edge is in active development now. Register your interest and we'll tell you the moment it's ready — early sites also get a say in which features ship first.
Which cameras are supported?
Hanwha Vision cameras are supported today — Pulse ships with the Hanwha plugin, and Edge is being built Hanwha-first. An open ONVIF base and a signed-plugin model bring further brands over time, without reinstalling the core product.
Where is my data stored?
On your own hardware. Pulse keeps counts, history and snapshots in a local PostgreSQL database on your server; Edge keeps recordings on the cameras' own storage at the edge. Nothing is sent to a vendor cloud.
How is Sentavue licensed?
Pulse is a perpetual, node-locked licence per site — covering unlimited cameras and activated offline with a key tied to the machine. Optional annual maintenance covers updates and support. Edge pricing will be announced at launch.
